Kelly M. Lynch has been a senior associate with Hardiman & Carroll, LLP since 2003. Her practice focuses on all areas of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on construction defect and construction injury litigation. Other areas of Ms. Lynch’s practice include professional liability, bodily injury, insurance, contract disputes, complex litigation, general liability, and real estate matters.

Ms. Lynch was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1997. Ms. Lynch initially practiced with a boutique firm in the Los Angeles area specializing in criminal defense, family law and plaintiff’s personal injury. She assisted in several bench and criminal jury trials in her first two years of practice. After that, Ms. Lynch focused on insurance defense, with the bulk of her cases involving the defense of the developer, general contractor or subcontractor in construction defect litigation. Ms. Lynch has served as the lead defense counsel in several jury and bench trials, binding arbitrations and mediations in the defense of all types of cases, including bodily injury and wrongful death, property damage, automobile damage, automobile liability, toxic tort, products liability, and premises liability.

Ms. Lynch is a member of the State Bar Of California, 1997; U.S. District Court – Central and Northern District of California, 1998; American Bar Association and Bar Association of San Francisco.
