Mr. Litton’s current practice focuses on general civil litigation including personal injury and construction defect cases. He has over eight years of litigation experience in these matters with an emphasis on the defense side. He primarily represents policyholders including individuals, businesses, and governmental entities. Mr. Litton has prior experience in the areas of Business Law, Commercial Real Estate Transactions, Securities Litigation, and Family Law.
Mr. Litton graduated Cum Laude from Stonehill College in 1990. He received his J.D. with High Honors in 1994 from Golden Gate University School of Law. He is the recipient of American Jurisprudence Awards in Property, Contracts, Civil Procedure, and Corporate Law. Mr. Litton was also a Staff Member and Editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review.
Mr. Litton is originally from the Philippines. He is fluent in Tagalog and the dialect of Ilongo.
