For over ten years Lori M. Kidd has efficiently represented general contractors, various subcontractor tradesmen and municipalities in a variety of litigation and arbitration venues. Lori has experience representing professionals and tradesmen involved in all aspects of construction, including residential community developments, custom single-family home construction and improvements, commercial high-rises, municipal works, transportation projects and educational facilities. She also advises clients regarding statutory contractual requirements and licensing issues.

Lori has experience in all phases of litigation including mediation and trial. She focuses on taking care of the contractor and finding the most advantageous and cost-conscious path to resolving disputes. Lori’s specialization in construction matters has resulted in ongoing working relationships with mediators, Special Masters, experts and counsel in the industry, which helps expedite the litigation and settlement process.

Ms. Kidd received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Boston College and her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law. She is also the author of “How Does Alternative Medicine Fit in a Conventional World?” Medical Trial Techniques Quarterly, Spring 2000. Ms. Kidd is a member of the State Bar of California and State Bar of Arizona.
