Wendy M. Schenk graduated from the University of Missouri in Kansas City in 1992 with Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Political Science and Journalism. Thereafter, she attended California Western School of Law in San Diego, where she was a member of the Advocacy Honors Board. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1995. After graduation from Law School, Ms. Schenk practiced general civil litigation in San Diego, including defense of manufacturers in multiple class action products liability cases throughout the State of California. She was a member of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Enright Inns of Court, and was a Court Appointed Special Advocate.
Ms Schenk has been employed by Hardiman & Carroll in San Francisco since 2000. Her practice focuses on all areas of general civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury (including motor vehicle accidents, slip/trip fall, products liability, and construction site injuries) and insurance coverage.
In her spare time, Ms. Schenk enjoys hiking, scuba diving, and serves as a volunteer and mentor in connection with various local programs and organizations.
