Both Michael Hardiman and Jerry Carroll act as court-appointed, pro-tem settlement judges in Bay Area counties and private arbitrators and mediators. Dolores Bastian Dalton is a trained mediator and is a member of the mediation panels for the Courts of Appeal for the First, Third and Fifth Districts. Ms. Dalton mediates complex insurance and tort cases and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death actions.
