In addition he has an active employment practice, both counseling employers on employment issues as well as representing those employers on litigated matters.
Gerald Carroll has spent the last twenty years defending lawyers, home inspectors and real estate agents/brokers. His trial experience includes defense verdicts on behalf of attorneys and real estate professionals. Mr. Carroll has also lectured to those professionals on risk management and claim avoidance.
